Kajang Property Review

Price for houses in Kajang increase rapidly within this 5 years. Kajang's Property is said to be the fastest growing among areas in Klang Valley. Price spike in Kajang is almost 100% within the last few years. By the way, developer are adjusting their price phase to phase and some of them starts on high end projects in Kajang.

Recently, we heard that there are not much land left for building developer to build homes in Hulu Langat. Thus, this is why Kajang property price spike to the peak in this short period. But if you see through Google maps, there is still a lot of empty lots. Why? And we researched and found out that most of the strategic lands were bought by big developers like MKH, Gamuda, Golden Plus, TLS, and so on.

Unlike someplace in KL, MRT project is still no movement in area around Kajang. Hulu Langat is said to have the largest population in Malaysia and that is why most of the road is congested. If the MRT is completed in Hulu Langat area, it is a great transport for us to reach many places in Kuala Lumpur, and property price will again increase to the next level as estimated by valuer. This is also one of the reason why most developer build high ends property in Kajang as a lot of people likes to invest in this area.
